Is recycled art craft or art? Empty Is recycled art craft or art?

In the film, Charles Thomson says that recycled art isn't art, it's craft. He says, "craft uses materials to make an object, art uses an object to make a state of mind." Do others really believe that recycled art is only craft, that it cannot suggest a mind state based on the artist's intent?
